The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV shall stay the exclusive legal and advantageous owner of all copyright and intellectual home rights in the Footage in eternity. All rights not clearly granted herein are reserved by Racing TV.
Permissible Use and Restrictions
You may see the Footage when on a personal computer system screen or mobile phone for individual, private, domestic, non-commercial usages only in accordance with these terms.
You shall not:
(a) Make the Footage offered to anybody else;
(b) Use or see the Footage besides as specifically allowed by these conditions, or copy, relay, broadcast, or interact the Footage to the general public, nor may you include any of or all of the Footage in any devices or product save as specifically allowed under these terms or establish any improvement or acquired works of any part or all of the Footage;
(c) Save, edit, copy, amend, distort, modify, distribute, reformat, dismantle, delay or duplicate the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that is contrary to any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;
(d) Remove any item recognition (including however not restricted to evaluate icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notice from any part of the Footage;
(e) Represent or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is inconsistent with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;
(f) Store or transmit any Footage to any publication, user group, other website, electronic bulletin board, subscriber list, server or other storage gadget in any type; or
(g) Sell or commercially exploit any part or all of the Footage in any method.
Third Party Rights
Racing TV and each of its group business may impose any provision of these terms versus you as a third party contract beneficiary whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall use to these terms.
